I had ordered a Fossil Combo of Womens watches, however, the product delivered is of Fastrack that too not original and very low quality. There was a return policy that's why i ordered, but there is no way i can contact for any return. The bluedart courier delivered it but now asks me to go through company customer care to return it and in no way i am able to reach out to the customer care no. as it is switched off. I have been fraudulently asked to make payment otherwise parcel cannot be opened, hence i payed & immediately checked, but bluedart refused to take it back now that the payment is made and asked me to route through company customer service.
