I ordered a Seiko watch and instead got some old Citizen watch . At the time of delivery, the package didnt look perfect or protected% condition , upon questioning the same the delivery man said that it might be due to transportation . As I have never had such experience with Amazon before , I took it without any further doubt . After opening the box , I got the shock of my life and I immediately called Amazon . They said we are starting an investigation and it will take a week to conclude . After deadline yesterday I called them to know about an update , only to hear that my claim as per them was false and exact product was delivered as per them . I requested to reinvestigate . They refused . I even wrote to them only to get those automatic replies staring we can't refund / replace or help any further on this issue . Amazon conned me for such a whopping amount . They claim to be a customer centric company . This is their approach towards customers when problems happen . Maybe , I should have complained to the nearest PS , but I had full faith in them and hence kept patience and cooperated .
