We have a dda janta flat which is a residential area and we applied for a domestic meter but were given a commercial one because of which for past one year we have been extra amout of money as the bill amout is very High. The different meter came to our notice in this year . We've complained, we've been to the division office several time but they insist on not working currently and weren't helpful. It is difficult for us to pay a heavy amout of bill during the pandemic. We plead you to change the meter and help us stop the bill amount. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
