A few back I booked a car for an overnight journey. We were on our way to a hill for trekking, but the car stopped midway at around midnight, in the middle of nowhere. Owing to the location, the network was an issue there but we still managed to make a call to the customer care of Revv Cars. To our utter horror, the Revv Cars service guy on call told us to first send them the entire thing on mail, even though we told him that we were stranded in a no internet area; and then he asked us to wait for 8 to protected hours to get any kind of solution. Although he didn't really promise any help. After waiting for more than an hour waiting for any help from Revv Cars. Because of their incompetence and disgusting state of the car, we were stranded in the location for more than 3 hours, scared for our lives! It was the worst experience and I expect a full refund for that. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
