Hi, I have been using LG TV since protected Feb. I'm facing issues continuously with the TV. There are around 6+ complaints logged so far within 3 years and 3 complaints logged for the display alone. Also, the panel has been changed twice. Since I have faced 2 to 3 problems within the warranty period, I have renewed my AMC. Coming to the current problem, I have logged a complaint about black lines in the display on Feb 8th and requested a callback from some higher official as the problem keeps iterating. On Feb protectedth, an LG technician visited to repair the TV and told that there is a problem with the panel and informed to change the same to get it fixed. Also, he asked me to bring the tv to the service center. Since I have an AMC, I interrogated to bring the tv by myself and didn't agree with that. So again spoke LG customer care. After a long discussion, the customer care executive spoke to the local service center and asked to pay transport charges alone. What the hell? Don't understand why LG brand become dreadful these days. So I told them, Let me first get the call from LG higher official. On febprotected after 6 days from the complaint logged, received a call from LG higher official and they told will arrange a free pickup. I have informed them that my problem is not only with transport. Since from the date of purchase, I have faced so many issues still LG keeps on repairing. I need to know the actual root cause of the issue and permanent solution for the same. They were saying it could be a problem with the electric power fluctuation. Just so you know, I have been using VG-Guard stabilizer which is specifically made for protected - protectedinch tv from the beginning. Also, my electricity socket was completely verified by local electricians. None of the below LG staffs intended to check the issue with the TV and provided the above said lame reason as the cause of the issue. So far I spoke to, - LG technicians - Service center Head, Pondicherry - Area sales manager, Chennai - COO, LG Chennai - Head office LG, Delhi Plus few customer care higher officials. Without my knowledge, the ticket has been closed on Feb protectedth and created the new ticket for the same. I'm completely frustrated with LG service and support in all aspects. Asked replacement as the problem keeps on lining up and don't want to hang myself to LG customer care each and every month. It takes a heck lot of time clinging to the phone to get each issue fixed. Expecting a permanent solution ASAP and I don't want to pay furthermore for LG miserable service and defective product. NOW ITS MORE THAN TWO MONTH, STILL LG IS WORKING ON ??? Adding to above I have also sent mail to LG Asia CEO and LG india head. But there is no response even after sent mail to these people.
