this is regarding my whirlpool refrigerator order through flipkart, i got delivered my order on 3 nov and today is 9th of nov, but the demo and installation is still pending, i called on protected protected, but reps are higly unhelpful and have balls to disconnect the call. timeline: 2nd nov - product got delivered on saturday, some person called and scheduled it on monday 8 AM. i explained to her that i wont be available after 9AM on weekdays and want it resoluted early. 4th nov: installation guy called me at 2 PM and told i am coming now, i explained again same thing. he shifted the installation to 9th nov. 6th nov: some guy called and told i am updating the warranty since you already might have opened the fridge (seriously?? this is how service should be ? i have not even touched refrigerator), i then explained him again like he is a 5yo about the situation and to resolute on saturday. 9th nov: no call from any person, flipkart told me to wait till end of day, called whirlpool number, they told i am at fault that i did not remind them and cut the call in middle, called again, told me that they are scheduling it on monday. (???? are you serious ??? same thing again ? ) i want it resoluted ASAP its already been a week. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
