I had purchased a brand new Kent Grand Plus on protectedth February protected. It has been repaired 8 times since I purchased. It is again not working and has raised this issue to them. In return, I was threatened by the local service centre in the name of religion and now Inhave been blocked by Kent RO Systems social media team. I can't access their social media platforms to raise my voice. After getting a call from Mr. LAUKESH I have been thrown out of social media platforms. These guys always blaming me to install the purifier at the wrong place, complaining about the quality of water in my home. They are not ready to rectify their problems. I was assured by Mr Sumit from Noida Head office that if the machine doesn't work properly next time, it would be replaced. They are not listening to me.
