On protectedth July protected I have booked Renault KWID RXT (O) MT protectedcc Outback Bronze with Rs.protected/- in the name of Vibrant Motors Pvt. Ltd., Barasat. And again added Rs.protected/- on protectedth July protected. Although they have given me a single receipt copy of Rs.protected/-. But recently I have decided to cancel my booking and emailed to the dealer along with Renault Customer Care for the same requesting to initiate the refund process. Now the problem starts, the dealer asks for Rs.protected/- as a cancellation charge. And the reason behind is, in the month of July protected KWID has an offer with some discount and as the booking has been done, so they they will not be able to cancel and resale the car to a new customer with the same price on August protected. Even I have communicated with CRM for the same. She had discussed with the dealer and replied me the same thing. I understand there must be a booking cancellation charge, but how much? protected/-, protected/- maximum protected/-? But protected/- is absurd. And the dealer just doing an unfair practice I believe, as being a reputed automobile producer, Renault cannot do this thing. I hope an action will be taken very soon.
