My DTH TV of Videocon is not been working since 8 Jan protected. Reason is signal not available..after raising a complaint , still after protected hrs nobody has visited. When calling g customer care they respond rudely by saying Ur not the only customer to attend to .we have lot of customers..hence also I have not availed services for two days but daily rental is also charged. Apart from this Videocon DTH customer care lady also states that since the complaint is raised we need to pay rsprotected/- as complaint charges.."ridiculous".also as I feel we r bound to DTH and being customer for more than 3 years..the company is swindling customers by this way.. the trust on Videocon DTH and low quality trained staff, I have wasted more than 1.5days waiting for service. The mental agony created has caused personal loss and unable to concentrate on my work.
