There are several issues with this internet service provider company. Initially, everything was working perfectly but from the 9th January protected, it's become worst day by day. 1) One of the most important things is that a fake promise. During the connection installation, they have promised that the Internet will be work even though there is no electricity but if you have power backup in your house. It's been not working since 9th January protected. I had filed the complaint in their customer service initially, they have denied we never provide such facility and later accepted it's only available in case of the availability not it's possible at your location so we can't avail the facility. 2) Starting from the 9th January up to 6 days. The internet was not working at all, completely down. 3) After 6 days of the 9th, January Internet starts working back but for few hours and then drop again. I had to have call customer care each day to get it to fix. 4) The problem is still the same protectedth January protected. I have to call customer care almost every day for a different reason : - Download speed is too low than my plan. (About protectedkbps) - Upload speed is too low than my plan. (About protectedkbps) - Internet connection stopped working unexpectedly and started back in a few minutes. 5) From the customer care, different people are calling and asking the same questions again and again. 6) For the customer care executive if the link is up and lives that's enough and download/upload speed doesn't matter at all. Also, they don't have any good system to store the customer problem. I came to know on protectedth January, the only complaint they have mentioned with description is about power backup. 7) During 9th January protected to protectedth January I have asked t give the contact details or arrange to call back from Technical Head so I can talk and understand why all this problem coming and when get solved. For the customer care executive if the link is up and lives that's enough and download/upload speed doesn't matter at all. But till this time I hadn't received any call or contact detail. With all this issue, I have asked on January protected to take the closure request and refund my money as they have failed to provide me the service for protected days. But they have clearly denied it. The mentioned issue in 1) & 4) still not resolved. I am expecting protected% refund and help other internet subscribe to save themselves from such service providers.
