Issue reported is related to my Airtel Postpaid Number: +protected-protected. The International Roaming Subscription (Rs.protected/protected days) which was subscribed did not get activated until the Data Services were barred. 2. No proper notifications from the system during usage which has caused inconvenience. Airtel pretends as if they don’t understand the problem and doesn’t accept their system faults. 3. Billing done seems to be overcharged 4. Services were not barred when it consumed the limits. (Didn’t work for both data limit of 5GB as well as credit limit of Rs.protected) 5. protected minutes free call services were disconnected without letting me use any of it 6. Unsure on the data usage claim, as internet service is very poor in china. protectedGB data download in 3hrs doesn’t seem realistic. My colleague in china was unable to download 5GB of data using a China Mobile Network (local sim) with 4G speed in almost 8 hrs. 7. High usage terms defined by Airtel is not customer friendly. My plan has 5GB data limit for protected days, but they do not understand 5GB data usage in 1 hour is high consumption. 8. Airtel claims that they dont get proper intimations from the foreign provider and would take upto protected days. This is a serious problem for any consumer having such a big issue in the system.
