Landline Phone: protected Relationship Number: protected I have been a customer of Airtel Landline since the past protected+ years. I have recently noticed that my Plan and my registered Email ID has been changed WITHOUT APPROVAL OR AUTHORIZATION. 1. Plan changed from protected plan to protected since more than a year 2. Email changed from (email@example.com) to (firstname.lastname@example.org) The change seems to have been done more than one-and-half year back which I have noticed this month. Since I was paying airtel every month for the past protected+ years, I had no reason to doubt them to change my plan. I have also spoken to Airtel Customer care executive Aslam on protected June protected and appraised him of the same (Interaction ID protected). Both of the above have been changed WITHOUT APPROVAL. I have been interacting with Airtel customer care representatives for the past 4+ months without any resolution. I have written to the Airtel Nodal officer (email@example.com) and Airtel Appelate authority (firstname.lastname@example.org), but there is no response from them. I have received calls from Airtel customer care where they expressed their inability to do anything about the issue. Please note because of change of plan I have been paying an excess bill every month for the past 1.5 years. After raising the complaint with Airtel, I have had requested them that this needs to be resolved before i make any further bill payments And since the past 1.5 months my incoming and outgoing facilities have been unduly discontinued even though the issue is still pending for resolution from Airtel. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
