Respected sir/mam, My samsung tv model number laprotected rprotected"lcd, sl. No protected, is not working since last sunday. I lodged a complaint to customer care verbally. I got the complaint number [protected]. technician came to repair. He told it will be repaired and rs protected will be bill amount. I agreed for it. He promised to come on the next day, but didnot turn up nor picked up the phone. Later after few days he called and restarting negotiating the amount, now the amount went to rs protected, i again agreed. But he again didnot turn up nor picking up the call. I called customer care to know the status, but customer care person was very arrogant and non cooperative. Instead of repairing the tv he is trying to ignore it. Such poor service is not expected from brand like samsung. I would like to escalate this issue to the highest level and also share my opinion to all.
