Subway#protected Address: C8, SDA Market, Delhi Date and time of visit: protected/protected/protected:protected:protected Transaction Id# 1/A-protected I had placed the order worth protected.protected INR, firstly I have paid the amount through Scan- PhonePe but transaction got stuck and status showed waiting for the above transcation, but I was asked to pay again so I did through cash this time and left with my food. After two days I got message from PhonePe (upi app) and bank that my transaction is now completed to receiver (Subway Restaurant) which means that I have paid twice for the same order. So I have tried to contact the restaurant, and for last protected days no conclusion has been reached, always I was given same message that "when owner will come we will ask him". Now my money is stuck with them(restaurant) so I have no option left other then to file consumer grievance as I am from different place (from where restaurant located) and won't be able to visit the restaurant in personal. My humble request is to please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible and return my money. I have original receipt which clearly shows I have paid in cash protected and got protected change back for the order of Rsprotected Also, the PhonePe confirmation dated protected/protected/protected which also confirm that I have paid protected.
