My trip with Drivezy PNR: protected, in which I rented Hyundai Xcent with number KAprotectedAEprotected. I dropped it at their drop location in Whitefield yesterday itself, but due to some confusion with the manager, the car keys got locked inside. Now, they are not ending the trip at all. First, they demanded protected rupees for the new key. I checked on the damages page, it is written protected for the lost key (the key is not even lost in this case). Then customer care lady told me today in the morning, to visit the drop location, and told me they have the spare key (I have her recording to prove this). I visited, but the ground staff said they don't have the keys. Then the ground staff told me to visit the headquarters, I visited and they made me wait for 3 hours there (literally), for a 2 min task. Finally, after a lot of harassment, they gave the key but asked for my Driving License for security, which I couldn't have given to them because A) I was driving B) I just couldn't trust someone who made me wait for 3 hours with my License. Because they would have made me wait again for the Licence as well. My day was already wasted, so I left the place without the keys. Now, my ride is still on even though I dropped the vehicle yesterday. There doesn't seem to be any way to end this ride, and after a few days, they will claim a huge amount of money from me. This is not only extortion, but this is also harassment for the consumer. I have screenshots of all their chats which shows they are not trying to resolve this issue from their side. I have also mailed them on support and asked them to end the ride. They are deliberately trying to delay this as much as possible so that they can try to claim a lot of money from me later. Some of my stuff was also left in the car (worth at least a few thousand Rupees) when it got locked, but my primary concern is to get out of this hassle even if I don't get my stuff back.
