I have a Motor Insurance Policy Pprotected/protected/protected from Magma HDI through PolicyBazaar.com. The vehicle ownership has been transferred and I had submitted request with Magma HDI as well as PolicyBazaar to transfer ownership in the name of new owner. I have submitted all requested documentation as well as fee and the case is open with them since 7th of August. There is no clarity or response from their end on the status of the transfer and they have not yet acted on this request even after multiple reminders over email and calls to their customer care numbers.
