I made an advance payment of Rs. protected on protected Dec protected for Tatasky prepaid broadband, and I made a recharge of only Rs. protected.protected on protected-Dec-protected. Therefore Tatasky owes a refund of RS.protected.protected and they are not refunding the remaining balance back. They didn't respond to my customer complaint through email. Over the phone, they informed me that the remaining amount could only be adjusted towards the next recharge and I will have to forfeit the balance. When I asked customer care to provide me the terms and conditions under which they are deducting the amount, they failed to furnish any details. I was unhappy with the Internet performance over a period of 6 months. Their customer care didn't resolve issues in a timely manner. Even for small technical issues, I had to wait for protected hours. Many a time at night their Network servers went down and there was service disruption. Recently, I switched to Airtel broadband and therefore, I wish to close the Tatasky account. Kindly intervene and get my money back. I have made complaints to the National Consumer Forum (Docket No. protected), PG Portal (MOIAB/E/protected/protected), tatasky broadband appellate authority. However, the issue has not been resolved.
