Hi have purchased the split AC 1.5 ton on protected.5.protected it is in warrante. My AC has water leakage problem I have complained to carrier customer care on protected.protected.protected the complaint was attanded and solved on 5th of May ( for solving the complaint they took my indoor unit for 2 days ) but the very next day that is within protectedhrs the same problem is appeared. Again I complaint to customer their is no proper response I have contacted customer care many times they every time said taking this case periorty but nothing has been done. Now they are saying it's out of warranty and closing my compaint but it's in warranty. Note : This Ac has been purchased for my daughter 1 year old due to their irresponsible my daughter and we are suffering lot.
