Sir I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Aprotected phone on protectedth July protected in that phone fingerprint sensor and earphone is not working properly I have called the customer care number 2nd day itself and complained about this issue they suggested to visit service center for the particular issue. I have visited service center on protectedst August and informed about the phone issue to the service engineer. That time he didn't checked my device properly and he said there is no issue on in mobile phone. After I reached home the same problem is repeated in my phone. Again protectedth August I visited the same service center and complained about this issue. The service engineer disassembled my phone without providing any Job sheet and he said there is liquid damage in charging board and asking Rs.protected plus GST for replacing the parts. I spent almost Rs.protected for purchase this phone I know how to take care of my mobile. After the I send the mail to Samsung CEO office so many times I am receiving calls from Samsung office but I am not getting any solution for this issue so far.Sir I am mentally harassed by Samsung Company I have waited almost two months for solution but not getting any positive response from Samsung Company.I need my money back and take legal action against Samsung company Regards Saji Thomas
