Company representatives hid information at the time of selling the paid services, made false promises and violated my Right to Choose as a customer and deliberately made to pay. I have already informed the company about the same but they aren't doing anything on the issue and rather forcing me that I take the services. The fraud was committed by Chandan, Sachin Arya, and Maheep Malviya, who are representatives of Shine.com. Initially, Chandan called me and tried to convince me to make a payment of Rs. protected/- but he did not tell me the total amount they would charge from me for these services. After I transfer the money, I got another call from Sachin Arya who tells me that I have to pay Rs. protected/- for the second module. I lashed out at him and told him that I won't make the payment and I don't have the money. He tells me that I can make the payment using my father's credit card. But he tells me that their company has ties with other agencies outside India, and he won't leave my side until I get a job in Canada. I told him that I can't make the payment as I don't have the money, so he tells me that I can ask my father. When I told him that I need some time to think over it, he doesn't allow that. After I hesitantly pay for the 2nd module, he demands me to pay for the 3rd module that will cost me Rs protected/-. Now I yelled at him as I had already paid more than protected/- to him. I told him that I won't make this payment but then he plays with my fear and hands over the call to his senior Maheep Malviya, who lied to me and told me that if I don't make the payment now, I will lose the opportunity and will risk the amount paid to them. At last, I feel helpless and transfer that money also. The next day, when I try to get in touch with Sachin, his tone is changed and he tells me that he will try his best to send me to Canada. After that, I tried many times to bring the issue to the company's notice but nobody is listening to me. Kindly help me sir. P.S. I have paid more than Rs. protected/- to the company. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
