The company wants to send engineer again but we now want replacement. Our request has been denied stating that it is a matter of company policy to not replace laptops. We believe that we have been sold a faulty device whose different components keep failing again and again. Since the warranty will run out by April protected, we are worrying that this laptop will be a liability as we will have to pay for repairs for this faulty device in future. We believe we have a case for replacement and want to pursue legal action against the company.
