Laptop started having issues with the keyboard within protected days of purchase. It comes with 3 year onsite warranty. - During first repair attempt the keyboard was replaced. - During second repair attempt again keyboard was replaced along with display. Upon inspection at the time of repaired laptop delivery (doorstep) - the WiFi was found to be not working and display was not aligned properly with the main frame + white spots on LCD display. The technician took the laptop back with him to service centre. After more than 8 days no update was provided. At the end I demanded the Laptop back without further repair attempts with the intention of settling the matter in consumer court. Laptop is yet to be delivered to me and is still in service centre from last protected+ days. - During the above duration (JUL-NOV protected) the request for unit replacement was denied. The repair service was delayed multiple times. Purchase Date / Amount - protected.protected.protected / protected,protected.protected I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
