Honor 9Lite received with a faulty battery. hence request for replacement to amazon. in response, amazon informed that you have to send this mobile through your courier service. hence i have sent mobile to corresponding address through tracking id: EGprotectedIN Indian post. Return order id:protected-protected . At protected/protected/protected, seller received this product return but didn't send it back to me. hence after several follow up Amazon representative told me that seller received a different product. I don't know why such fraud has been created by amazon seller & amazon. please look into the matter seriously & solve my issue as soon as possible. otherwise, i will raise a complaint against amazon into court & all social media. Even after protected days, i didnt received any response. All reference document is attached herewith.
