I am third year college student in engineering background. In our 3rd year of b.tech we have present ourself for internship and project works. In upcoming days our exam is going to start. In my previous experience from acer support service . I remember , i submitted my laptop in your acer partner service " creative comp. Infotech pvt. Ltd., Gorakhpur (protected)" on protectedth june ,protected, due to your worst service i get my laptop repaired (replaced motherboard) after 2 months duration on protectedth August, protected, when I get back ho.me and turn on my laptop it not working no power ,no charging. Next day i again visit service center they repaired it and it was working. Then after 3 months , when i was working on my laptop it get shut down, no power , no charging. When i visited service center they said it gets dead and we have to replace motherboard again. They submitted my laptop and sent request for motherboard on protectedth November, protected. I have contacted service center, and also on call center, they said part is not available, it takes some time....and now it has been more than protected days no positive reply i get from them....it still shows in awaiting spares After this series of worst experience i felt depressed by their poor service. And as being student they put my career at risk by wasting my critical time in their poor service. Case id - protectedI Now i felt cheated for buying acer laptop I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
