I have purchase a policy from Reliance Nippon Life Insurance called IIIP. My policy no. is protected. I received the policy on protected, bur after going through I found that the agreement is very different from the earlier explained terms.The amount of sum assured mentioned is very less as compared to what I was explained while purchasing the policy in the branch. Immediately after that I contacted the persons in the branch, but they are simply giving silly excuses and passing time and it seems they are trying to cross protected days of free look cancellation purposely. Then I took help from toll free number but they denied to talk to the customer care executives also. It is my humble request to accept this application for Cancellation so that my amount of Rs. protected/- paid as premium may be refunded at the earliest as per the clause of Cancellation.
