regarding my fridge was giving trouble. sir, I bought the fridge of Bosch company in protected. the company had given the warranty period of one year. in that period I had got the fridge repaired once from the company.Again 2nd time in protected I registered a complaint through customer care that again my fridge is giving a problem. then they sent an engineer and asking visiting charges and the part will changed and the cost of changing the part is protected to protected. now they are denying that we had not received any call from your side and our engineer had not asked for any amount for changing the part. again Sir I lodge the complaint through mail to the company for repairing the fridge. They sent the technician for repairing the fridge again they asked for charges to changing the part, I denied to pay the heavy amount. Sir every time i facing the same problem. Sir it is my humble request to you that please ask the company to change my fridge or compassionate for Rs one lakh for harassing me right from the beginning. I request you to solve the issue at the earliest.
