Dear Sir/Ma'am, Credit Card No.protected, was settled by October, protected and all the payment had been paid in full and final in the month of October, protected as per your settlement letter attached herewith. However, I had written to SBI Card by a number of times regarding above but I would like to inform you once again that the payment is made against my credit card ending protected as per the said settlement letter in full and final as below: 1- Payment Date: protected-protected Payment Amount: 1,protected/- Payment Mode: Paynet Transaction ID: NHDFprotected This payment was made on assurance come from your representative in order to initiate the settlement of this credit card in full and final. 2- Payment Date: protected-protected Payment Amount: protected,protected/- Payment Mode: Paynet Transaction ID: NHDFprotected This payment was made on receiving the said settlement letter before the due date as written in the said letter. 3- Payment Date: protected-protected Payment Amount: protected,protected/- Payment Mode: Cheque Transaction ID: Cheque No. protected Cheque was given in advance for second installment of settlement and the same paid on time. 4- Payment Date: protected-protected Payment Amount: protected,protected/- Payment Mode: Paynet Transaction ID: PHDFprotected This was the last payment to be made in order to settle the a/c in full and final. Here I would like to inform you that it's due date was protected-protected and a cheque was also given in favor of SBI Card in advance. But I was surprised to see the email of cheque bounced while I had already made the balance in advance for the concerned transaction and even there is no single call to me so that I could make it online or in cash, kindly find the attached SOA of my bank indicating the required amount maintained for your kind information, Kindly note there is no fault from my side which is beyond of my scope. Anyway I had made this payment via Paynet immediately on seeing the emal/receiving the information from your side and write an email to SBI card for the said incident done with me and SBI card understood the situation and they had reverse the bounce charges also (kindly find the email from SBI card for this) because there is no fault from my side intentionally or any other kind, kindly check it at your end only. However, Credit Card No.protected, was settled by October, protected as per attached settlement letter, but further I received a call from a lady from the team SBI Card to pay a payment of Rs.protected/- to close this settlement forever, I asked her why should I pay it while card is already settled and SBI Card has also sent an email to waive off bounce charges because it was not done by me intentionally or anyhow and it was paid immediately on receiving the information from your team hence there is no balance amount to be paid by me, then she said don't worry sir this is nominal charge to close your card forever and we will send you a NO DUES LETTER, only then on her assurance I paid Rs.protected/- (Receipt attached herewith) also and asked her to send the said no dues letter but till now I have not received any such letter, Kindly send the discussed no dues letter on this email id as earliest, Kindly find the attached Conversation on WhatsApp with SBI concerned person named told by her Shikha. Hence, all the dues are now paid in full and final as per your settlement letter and conversation held with above said Ms. Shikha, kindly close this credit card account forever and acknowledge the same.
