i tried to add money to wallet from my Hdfc credit card on May 4 (9:protectedAM) due to hospital needs, it debited from credit card and didn't got credited to my paytm wallet. i tried calling their customer care,that guy told me if the money got debited from card, it will either reflect or refund to my card in few working days. That didn't happen, so that i called them again then the other guy told you didn't have done kyc , that the reason . So i finished my kyc detail, still it didn't reflect on my wallet, so that i called them today and told the same, so a lady transferred the phone to the supervisor and that guy looked in to the issue and told their system shows the payment was successful and while he checked , he told me its true that the amount didn't got credited to my wallet and he told me they will call me back in 2 hours which didn't happens even after 8 hours of promise. Its been 2 weeks am stuck with that protectedk money and the best part is there is protectedx7 helpline , they closes my issue as solved by themselves. Kindly note down my order no.protected. It still shows processing in my app.
