Thank You Naaptol.com for cheating me . My mother had ordered this product of 4 bed-sheets on Naaptol on protectedth January . Registered mobile number - protected , Order No - protected . The product go delivered on protectedth January , the same day as I am writing this complaint . What I had received for 4 bed-sheets , which had 2 of them damaged and stitched in one , and one more which had a hole in a pillow case cover . I would not even speak about the quality , as there were some threads hanging around on every part of the fabric . Immediately within an hour , I raised this issue saying that I had received a damaged product , and it was not taken seriously . The support executives just put the calls on hold . I got a call by 6pm , from them and they say , that refund cannot be possible . They would provide me a coupon . I only imaged , what kind of product would that be if they're providing me as a replacement . Instead when asked for refund , they said , they wouldn't do it . They would provide me a coupon for which I can buy another product which is of no use to me . When asked to connect me to senior management , they said they're the higher authority . After call got disconnected , I received a message saying that my issue has been resolved . Now i have a damaged product which according to me is now left with me . I wouldn't like to continue talking to them , as their executives , are a bunch of people who doesn't know English . And they tell their their policies not to refund a customer .
