We are facing constantly network issue from past protected.5 months with our net in GTPL , have field several complains but then net works for few mins and they it again gets down. There is constantly no response from either the technical support of GTPL nor from the contact number provided (I.e. protected and protected ). Calling on their costumer contact number there is just one answer from them will fix the issue soon you need to wait for next protectedhrs , but no one comes and fixes the issue and then second msg comes is that the issue is been fixed. So we are now feed up with all this things and have asked for a refund but no response is there from them, we need a support from you people to generate my refund of the amount .
