Got a mail that my account is being closed as there are unusual returns in the account. I requested multiple times there have been no violations at my end just one time two boxes were interchanged and returned. They claim that old or used items were sent back but every time only items delivered to me were returned due to reasons like poor quality, incorrect product description, and wrong sizes. I have been using Amazon for almost five years and got many of my friends and family over the years to use it as well. I do protected% of my overall purchases from there and never have I ever tried to cheat them with faulty demeanor as a customer. Now with the closed account they have refunds over protected Rs pending with them that they have refused to give back, Amazon pay balance of over protected and a prime membership subscription of protected which will also be seized now. I request the customer forum to get involved and amicably resolve this issue. In the name of policy, I'm being scammed by them without any intentional damage from my end. I have always had a good experience in the last five years with Amazon only this last experience has left me bitter enough to never purchase anything from them ever again. Please help resolve this, I have all the conversations on mail regarding this matter.
