I have been charged twice for the same transaction on protectedth Sep protected worth protected. When I tried making the payment initially by using my Edenred mealcard, Swiggy APP gave me a message that my card has been declined, so I went ahead and made a payment using Gpay account and the same was then paid. Within a couple of minutes I received an SMS confirmation from my card provider that I have been charged protected by Swiggy (APP said declined, but I was charged). I have been trying to follow up with Swiggy since then (via APP and their Twitter account) and the only response I get is " We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you, we are looking into it and will process the refund at the earliest". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
