Firstly, one of their delivery agents handed over the wrong product as his phone had switched off and he said he couldn't retrieve the Bill. Having taken his phone number, on trust, the reciever of the product let him go. Secondly when I checked the products I wanted to return the above mentioned product and two other products so they sent an agent to pick it up after a long time, who picked up all three products but did not process it, i.e. saying he has received it. Neither did the company acknowledge this. After which I sent them multiple emails to which they sent automated responses without bothering to actually understand the issue at hand that I had already returned everything. Finally I sent them an email saying that if they didn't process it and refund my money at the latest I will file a complaint against them along with screenshots of our conversation to which they replied saying they need my account details. Moreover, they even retracted all of their prior emails such that I can no longer read them. They still haven't refunded my money. All this took place from the 1st of Jan till date.
