I ordered poco f1 on protected july protected but I received dead and damaged product. Then I requested for replacement but that was failed three times. Then company said we are giving you complete refund of product and ask me for bank details on protected july. Then I provided bank details and I got mail, i which mentioned that I will get refund wihtin protected business days but I didn't received yet. Refund status- ID:ODprotected [Incident: INprotected] Flipkart said I will get refund of my product within 5 protected days on protected july and now I got call from flipkart cs , she asked me about issue and I tell her about issue then she placed a return request from your side for product. I didn't tell her for replacement and she do on her ownself. I mailed all my bank details as flipkart said before in mail and I am waiting for refund of my product. But now flipkart cs team said I will get replacement , I don't want replacement now . I am waiting for resolution since protected july , its almost protected days . I want my complete refund . I want to close this issue. Please do what you said before and initiate my refund.
