Refund

I for the first time has shopped from myntra and ordered around 8 things but later decided to cancel 2 items on protectedth Nov, I was promised to get the refund by protectedth that is a protectedth day after the cancellation and still haven't received the refund even after complaining for almost 4 times, and also not getting an option to get a call back from myntra on the app, I'm very disappointed with the services and decided to never shop from my myntra, This is my ARN NO protected andprotected. Kindly look into this matter . I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
