Dear Sir/Ma'am, My complaint is regarding reduction in CIBIL score. My CIBIL score was reduced to protected from protected in the month of Oct-protected. After such reduction I have addressed to Transunion CIBIL. In response to my query they have given unsatisfied answers like, CIBIL just provide score through system they don't know about the reason. Again I appealed them that I don't have any negative impact in my CIBIL A/c as per your report still it's reduced. After that they answered that due to issuance new credit card from Axis Bank, it's reduced. Again I appealed that at the same time a new card from SBI was also issued then why didn't SBI affected to my score? In response to this they changed answer that you had some outstanding with SBI card so your score was reduced. Again I argued that as per report, outstanding was there with other service providers also then why didn't others affect? Till now I am not answered. Without any proper reason they have reduced my score. Every time they are giving different reasons. CIBIL acts as per their wish. They don’t consider customers’ voice. Without any negative input from any credit institutions, score can’t be tempered. Every time they claim that it’s a system generated but without any inputs, how can system change?
