Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased the Nissan Terrano Petrol version in Mar protected. Nissan as a company is not giving importance for after sales service. I bought the car through Jubilant Nissan showroom near Mount road. My car has jerking issue while it runs between the speed protected and protected kmph and this happens quite occasionally. Especially when I restart the engine immediately after protected minutes drive. This issue has been there right from 2nd week I bought this car. The vehicle was sold with manufacturing defect. This was already notified to the Jubilant service center. It is apt to say that this service center does not have any efficient mechanic to identify this issue. The Service Manager or even the head of Nerkundram Service center is also poor in customer relationship. I would have sent my car to Nerkundram more number of times to fix this issue apart from regular service. But every time they say, the issue is fixed but it reoccur again in few days. Its been almost 2.5 years now since I bought this car and the warranty has been lapsed for all the part. Now for a change I gave my car to Lakshmi Nissan service center and they had found the issue in the very first service. The issue seems to be in Ignator and that needs to be replaced now. It is costing minimum Rs protected for each Ignator. As the warranty has been lapsed, I have to pay out of my pocket. I also called the Nissan customer care to get the support and explained that this issue was spotted right from the 2nd week I bought this car and the solution was not found by Jubilant Service center all these days. But they let me down by saying that the warranty has been lapsed. Also the Jubilant Nissan is not taking accountability even after this issue has been recorded in their issue log right from day one I sent the car for service. Please help in taking necessary action on the Jubilant Nissan Service Center. Thanks.
