For the belwo case, my complaint ID with Koryo is protected I bought a Koryo AC from Ezone (Big Bazar) with two years extended warranty. I paid INR protected for 1.5T split AC and an additional amount of INR protected for two years extended warranty. Due to poor quality I often face issues with the AC. It stopped working in August'protected and I registered a complaint with Koryo customer care. They took longer than promised and repaired the AC in protected days time against 2 days that was initially promised. After repair, AC worked well protected days and again stopped working. This time I registered one more complaint with number protected on protectedth September protected. The technicians came on the next day and partially repaired the AC. They said a couple of parts are not available and I should call the customer care once again and tell them to arrange the parts from Mumbai. I again called the customer care on protectedth September protected, I was assured that the parts will be arranged and the AC will be repaired within two days. Sadly, no one turned up, and I called the customer care again on protectedth September protected to check the status. This time again I was told to wait for two more days. So I called them again after a week on protectedth September protected, I was given the same assurance that within two days AC will be repaired. This time also their promise was false, and no one came for the repair. I then called on protectedth to check the status, and called on 3rd October and 5th October again, and on each occasion I was told the same thing. Then I called on 8th October protected, on this day when I asked floor supervisor "DHRUMIL" for an honest reply and not to repeat the same excuse, in return he threatened me to cancel my request and said customer care is not meant for expressing dissatisfaction. He even repeated the same thing that the issue will be resolved within a day, but again like every time nothing happened. I called on protectedth October and protectedth October, protected as well to check but they keep on giving me the same assurance. I have now lost hope that they will repair the AC and seeking your help to get this sorted please. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
