Poor service done by bank

visit yamunanagar branch for loan against my Fixed deposit because i need money urgent and its very bad that bank said it take Two days why?? Who beared this loss that which i suffer It is not printed on fd paper that it take two days for loan I suffer loss and take money from third party who charge high rate of interest
