Payumoney fraud

Payumoney registered email :- Madasusrikanthprotected@gmail.com Iam parveen, On June, 2,protected I was colleted over ₹protected by payumoney gateway.. With business grocery... On June, 3,protected they said that, you payment settlement on hold and we need to refund it to customers.. But I invested in goods about ₹protected .. How they refund it Please help me and settle it to my bank I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
