Parcel not delivered

I Sent parcel from tirupur to Gauhati ( Aasam ) Parcal Booking Date - protected/1/protected from Tirupur ( Tamilnadu ) By India Post. But not received my customer the parcel still today.my parcel is missing i complaint two times against India post but not any response there. complain no is - protected and protected. Parcel total value is protected Rs. Parcel weight - protected GM. Please help me.
