I placed an order for lehenga from Palav art (web link: https://palavart.com/ ) on 6th march protected at 9.protected p.m. Order number: protected. Received it on protected/3/protected. I paid protected/- by cod. The material is stinking, quality is too poor. Embroidery work is filthy. Totally looks like worst used cheap product. It is a copy of the image shown in the picture. Not worth the price protected/-. I'm trying to get back to them to refund the amount. Mobile number is switched off. Complaint through website has no response. No reply to mail. Another number is not reachable. I'm looking for the refund. Kindly help me with this.
