I have booked 3 rooms on protected oct in Goa OYO has taken a booking for hotel Porto De vintage holiday homes. myself with my family have reached the location to check-in but these hotel does not exists from past 4 months. How can OYO give booking for non existing hotels. this is fraud. apart from this i have called customer care for support they did not respond to the issue simply told customer mistake and check other hotels. whole night my family were on road and we suffered heavily with frustration and late after i have booked another hotel Luxury studio star 3 rooms. we reached there was no property owner to check-in OYO has not supported our family were on the road for whole night. In morning property manager came and we check-in at 9.protected am. after check-in there was no water at all in the hotel then we raised the issue to OYO and property manager both were least bother to support us and they have asked us to check out at protected.protected am at they could not arrange alternative solutions and treated very badly. this is an unacceptable from OYO. they are cheating customers after taking payments not following rules and tell customer to follow rules and check-out. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
