I have a Mobile No protected with Account no protected with Jeevan Sathi Plan in MTNL. I have always paid my bill regularly, which was within Rs. protected per Month. In my April protected Bill, the amount due is listed to be Rs. protected bill for GPRS. As per my knowledge, I have not used any internet during the period. And even if I inadvertently used Mobile internet on this number in this period, I am still willing to pay the bill due to this mistake. But all efforts to ask MTNL about an itemized bill for GPRS usage has not been successful. I have tried visiting their offices, mailed them and called them on customer care. They are not sending me the bill. How do they expect me to pay the huge sum of protected Rs without even knowing what I am paying for. If i have used internet and they can send me the bill for the same, I will definitely pay the amount.
