The service center executive (Suresh - +protected) visited us on 1-April-protected for AC inspection. He suggested that the A/C has gas leakage problem and needs to be repaired. He suggested we need to pay protected/- as gas filling charges and protected Rs/- visiting charges. He advised that we pay him protected Rs/- which had protected Rs/- extra as an advance payment for the gas filling. Next day, protected/protected/protected, a second executive visited our home and suggested that the AC requires more repair than gas filling which would cost us much more than expected. We therefore refused for service. On this he suggested that we should get a refund of Rs protected/- that was paid in advance for gas filling as the previous executive had not fully assessed the condition of the AC. We then contacted the helpline which acknowledged that we should get a refund of Rs protected/- . However, since that day neither the service center, not the executive (Suresh) have answered any calls. They have overcharged us for customer service and now not willing to refund for the overcharged amount.
