Order No: protected. I have placed the order on protected Jan protected. During that time all the items were available. No of items ordered is 7. Today i.e. protected/protected/protected, Myntra have sent me an email cancelling all the orders(6 items) except one(OOMPH Gold-Toned Layered Necklace). They did not even call me or sent any SMS. The reason that they have mentioned is out-of stock products. So, today I have checked the items online and found out that none of the products were out of stock. They are great liars. Even if the products went out of stock before protected/protected/protected, then why am I getting an email today, when all the products were all available? Such a reckless company!! Further, as a compensation, they are offering me coupon discount of only protected% that too with so many conditions. But they do not have the decency, to reorder those items, because the blunder is theirs. Also, I would be anyways finding products with a higher discount on their website. So, I feel that is not a compensation, that is an insult to me, a slap on my face. They don't want to do anything about it because they don't have any policies regarding that like Amazon does. Myntra does not have any customer policy and definitely not a customer-centric company. I am highly devastated. I am not going to buy anything from Myntra again.
