Order not received & froud transaction

Ordered bags of rs protected rs. Oder nahi aya to call kiya to bole apko ek Google pay par ek code par transaction refund ke liye karna hai , rs. protected debit ho chuke hai. So total rs.protected deduct ho chuke hai. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
