Order not delivered and not cancelled on multiple requets

I ordered Nikon protected mm lens on Nov protectedrd. It is not dispatched for more than 5 days and on requesting cancellation they are not cancelling the order and they are not responding on mail as well for last 2 days. None of the phone number is reachable I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
