I ordered product online and made payment. company website rejected order claiming error but no specific reason. Next day I check the payment deducted 2 times from credit card. Upon email company accepts that payment received by them 2 times. cancels one order and processes another and promises refund. Refund takes protected days to process and I have to bear exchange loss as I made payment from my offshore credit card where I currently reside. Next company claims that the product displayed not available as claimed earlier and I could choose another product or can wait for protected days to get new one ready. Other products are not to my liking. Company promises to get new one done asap and deliver. after protected days says that the new make will be of double price as the gold gram has increased in the new product. I refuse to accept. They say that they can process refund. I complain that the product was for my wife's birthday, I have lost money, I have missed the gifting opportunity but they speak rudely and say that they will refund my money. They deduct protected Rs from the other payment and refund. I loose more money in exchange loss. I have all proofs of communication and losses. Kindly advise.
