I have ordered versace fragrance bright crystal perfume from Snapdeal and the sub order number is Item number- protected versace fragrance bright crystal. Rs protected and I received the item on protectedth of April. To my surprise i found that the perfume bottle was broken and the bottle was empty so i applied for return pick up on protectedth of April . Fortunately the delivery company Ecom express came to pick up and took the return itme but the next day they return back the item saying its broken and they are not responsible for returning damaged item and suggested me to ask for refund from Snapdeal. However Snapdeal responded that first they will check the item and refund me the full amount. Now if the delivery company Exom express Dimapur calling number is +protected-protected not willing to pick up the item saying that the company has commented that they have send the item in good condition and also delivery company is not ready to pay the penalty who am I suppose to ask for refund or do i have to give up my amount for their negligence? Am I supposed to listen everyday to their blaming game and keep receiving messages that my return item will pick up today while the other party is not ready to pick up.
